When people search for a women's members club in London, they usually mean one of three things, and it helps to know which one you want before you pay anything.
1. The members' house
A building with a lounge, a café, meeting rooms and a programme of talks. You pay an annual fee, often with a joining fee on top. It works well if you want somewhere to work between meetings and you will actually use the space several times a week.

What to look for before you join anything
- Who is in the room. Ask about the level, not just the industry. A founder with a team of 20 and a student looking for a first job need different conversations.
- How big the events are. A room of 300 is good for visibility. A table of 12 is where you actually get to know someone.
- How often you will realistically go. An annual fee only pays off if the calendar fits your week.
- Whether you can talk honestly. The most valuable conversations are about money, failure and hard decisions. That only happens when nobody is selling to the room.
- What happens between events. The real value is the women who pick up the phone a month later when you need a co-founder, a client or a second opinion.
Where Imperfect CEO fits
Imperfect CEO is an international community of women who run companies, teams and budgets. It started in 2022 at a single restaurant table. Today it is over 1,200 women at mid and senior level, meeting in 7 cities, including London, Warsaw and Amsterdam.

What stays the same everywhere is the room. Founders, directors and managers from every industry, at your level or above. No round of introductions, no pitching, and conversations in English, so it works just as well if you moved to London last month.
