What to look for in a women's network in Madrid

• Who sits at the table. Ask about level, not only industry. A founder with a team of twenty and someone looking for her first job need very different conversations.
• The size of the room. A big event gives you visibility. A table of two gives you a person you will call again.
• Language. Many international women in Madrid work in English and are still building their Spanish. A good network lets you choose.
• Honest conversation. The useful talks are about money, failure and hard decisions. They only happen where nobody is selling to anybody.
• What happens afterwards. The real value is the woman who picks up the phone a month later, when you need a partner, a client or a second opinion.

How Imperfect CEO works

Imperfect CEO is an international community of women who run companies, teams and budgets. We started in 2022 at one restaurant table in Warsaw. Since then more than 4,000 women have come to our events in 7 cities, from Warsaw and London to Amsterdam, Dubai and Zagreb.

There is no membership fee and no application. You choose the format that fits your week and pay only for that.

CoffeeConnect: one woman, one coffee

CoffeeConnect is our simplest format. You pick a time and a café, and sit down with one woman from the community. Before you book you see her first name, role and the topic she wants to talk about. Your seat costs 5 EUR with the newsletter (7 EUR without), and each of you pays for her own coffee.

The first CoffeeConnect dates in Madrid are coming soon. Women on the list get them first.
