Every coffee is for two women who do not know each other yet. You can open a new coffee or join a woman who is waiting.

Questions and answers

Is CoffeeConnect only for women?

Yes. CoffeeConnect is a women-only community: you always meet another woman. When booking you confirm that you are a woman. If someone who is not a woman books a place, we cancel the booking and refund the payment.

Do I need to be a member?

No. Our events are open to every woman, a ticket is all you need. Joining our free newsletter gives you a Standard Membership: lower prices on all events and coffees. An Ultra Membership with premium services is coming soon.

How does it work in practice?

You pick a city and a time. If a woman is already waiting, you see her role, experience and topic. Once you are both booked, you get an email with the introduction, contact and a calendar file.

What do I pay for?

For your seat: the introduction once a second woman joins, her contact details and the recommended café. 20 PLN with the newsletter, 30 PLN without, outside Poland 5 or 7 EUR (£5 or £7 in London). Your first coffee is 10 PLN (£2 in London). We do not make a reservation, and each of you covers her own bill.

What if nobody joins?

The day before, we let you know and offer another time or a refund.

I can’t come, what now?

Every email has an “I can’t come” link. The place opens up again and the other woman is told. The seat fee is not refunded. If you cancel more than 3 times within 6 months, CoffeeConnect is blocked for you for 4 months.

Who will I meet?

A woman from the Imperfect CEO community: founders, directors, managers and expats from many industries. Always a woman you have not met yet.

What is shown publicly?

Only your first name, role (company if you tick it), age range, experience, languages and topic. Your email and phone go only to your pair.

How long is the meeting?

As long as you like. Usually one coffee is enough.

What if she cancels?

Your seat stays. If nobody new joins, the day before we offer another time or a refund.

What is a Coffee Walk?

A meeting for a walk with coffee. The meeting point is shown on the date and in the confirmation email.
